The Path of Your Order:

  • Your candle begins its journey within 1-3 days of your order.
  • Friday through Sunday orders start their path on the next business day.
  • The journey typically takes 4-8 days, with expedited options available.
  • Distant lands like Hawaii and Alaska may require a longer pilgrimage.

Balancing Energy Exchange:

  • Orders embracing $120 or more in value flow freely to you, carried on the winds of complimentary shipping.
  • For orders under $120, we charge a modest fee of $8.50 to support their journey. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may incur additional charges.

Moments of Pause: Our artisans take time for reflection on:

  • November 24th
  • December 24th, 25th, and 26th

During these times, orders will begin their journey on the following business day.

  • We entrust your package to our carrier partners once it leaves our sanctuary.
  • Please ensure your provided address is a safe haven for your package.
  • Consider choosing a location where someone can welcome your candle home.

  • Should a package lose its way or encounter misfortune after being confirmed as delivered, we regretfully cannot assume responsibility.
  • We encourage you to choose a delivery location that offers protection and safety, guarding against those who might disrupt the harmony of your delivery.
  • If concerns arise about your package's journey, we kindly ask you to seek guidance directly from our carrier partners, as they hold the knowledge of its path.
